The favorite amateur table tennis tournament is played this year for PingPongParkinson on Thursday, August 21, 2025.

The Pajol Open, a tournament that has gained cult status among ping pong enthusiasts in just a few years, is celebrating a small anniversary this year – its fifth edition – with a special noble purpose. The tournament, jointly organized by Pajol Beach Bar and Distune Promotion, is this year being played for the PingPongParkinson® project, an initiative intended for people with Parkinson's disease.

The Pajol Open is intended exclusively for amateurs – professional players and anyone who actively competes in clubs cannot participate. It is played in individual competition and/or in pairs, and the way the tournament will be played (cup system or group play) will depend on the number of registered players.

Registration

Registration is possible exclusively digitally, no later than Monday, August 18th at 6 pm.

All proceeds from the registration fee, which this year amounts to a symbolic 10 euros, are intended for the purchase of a table for PingPongParkinson® Rijeka, a club that will soon open its doors and greatly help improve the quality of life for people with the disease.
