Juan Carlos OrtizBio
Juan Carlos Ortiz made history as the first Latin American to become President of an advertising agency in the United States when he led Leo Burnett USA in 2006. In 2008, DDB Worldwide invited him to join as CEO of the Latin American offices. He quickly became a pioneer in uniting the Latin markets globally (U.S., Latin America, and Spain) under a unique vision based on culture rather than geography. This innovative approach has positioned Latin creativity as a global reference point. |
Kjell Åke WaldnerBio
Kjell Åke is a world-class table tennis coach. He has coached both the Swedish national team and six-time world champion Jan-Ove Waldner, who is considered one of the best players in history. Additionally, Kjell Åke participated in the first-ever non-competitive PingPongParkinson event in Slovenia. |
Nikola VukeljaBio
Nikola is a world-class table tennis coach and the team coach for the Croatian National Table Tennis Association. He has developed his own unique coaching style and has led teams in Croatia, England, Belgium, and the Netherlands—a rare accomplishment that places him among the world's top coaches. Nikola is also a valued member of the PingPongParkinson family, having taken part in the first-ever non-competitive PPP event in Slovenia. |
Zlatko ČordašBio
Zlatko’s love for ping pong or table tennis flourished at a young age. He became an athlete at 17 years old and trained as a sports coach with a specialization in table tennis. He started his coaching career in 1974 and has since then coached the Canadian National Team and German Men National Team. He has also worked with JOOLA, with ITTF as the competition manager, including during the 2000 Olympic games, and served as the Qatar TTA Technical Adviser. He is a former athlete and professional player in the Yugoslavia national team and German league. He is from Croatia. |

Jan RoseBio
Jan is the Chief People Officer for Henry Street Settlement, a nonprofit provider of social services, arts, and health care programs in the Lower East Side of New York. She has more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations in establishing strategy and talent management. Since receiving a Parkinson’s diagnosis Jan founded the New York City chapter of PingPongParkinson, where she leads ping pong sessions, educational programs, and social events for people living with the disease. Jan also volunteers with her certified therapy dog visiting patients in New York City hospitals. |
Dr. Elana ClarBio
Dr. Elana Clar is a board-certified neurologist specializing in movement disorders, and an assistant professor of Neurology at the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Along with Dr. Elizabeth Kera, she co-founded the first PPP chapter in River Edge, New Jersey. Dr. Clar is actively engaged in research that identifies biomarkers for the progression of Parkinson. |
