​I,agree to be photographed and videotaped by PingPongParkinson, its clubs and their respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activities take place

I allow these images to be used for professional purposes, including their publication in all forms of social media (i.e.- Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter), websites affiliated with PingPongParkinson, and marketing materials for the organization.

I understand that I will not be identified by name and will not receive any compensation if the images are used in the professional and social communities as stated.
